The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi's international community is a unique blend of students, academicians and corporate and civic leaders from all fields of endeavor. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi recognizes and rewards academic success. That recognition doesn’t end after initiation. From their time in school to their professional career, Society members’ hard work continues to pay off and be acknowledged.

Bonnie Burchett (East Tennessee State University) was named the 2025 Outstanding Alumna. The ETSU Outstanding Alumna award recognizes graduates who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement, meaningful community service, ongoing support of ETSU, and qualities that serve as a positive example for current and future students.
Christopher Khoury (University of North Texas) was acknowledged by The Inner Circle as a Pinnacle Professional Member. He was acknowledged for his contributions to Special Education and advocating for children with special needs and economically disadvantaged youth.
Emily Bogle (Pennsylvania State University) named student marshal for fall 2025 commencement for the College of IST. Student marshals are selected for their outstanding academic achievements and contributions to student life.
Jeanne Zarucchi (University of Missouri-St Louis) received the UMSL Hero Award. The award is presented to up to three staff or faculty members each month in recognition of their efforts to transform the lives of UMSL students and the wider community.
Paul Straw (University of Montana) was awarded the Marshall Scholarship. The Marshall Scholarship provides a full ride to a United Kingdom university of the recipient’s choice and seeks candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and ambassadorial qualities.
