The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi's international community is a unique blend of students, academicians and corporate and civic leaders from all fields of endeavor. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi recognizes and rewards academic success. That recognition doesn’t end after initiation. From their time in school to their professional career, Society members’ hard work continues to pay off and be acknowledged.

Phi Kappa Phi would like to congratulate these members on their recent achievements:

Abby Ruth (West Virginia University) was named one of the 2025 Mountaineers of Distinction. Mountaineers of Distinction is a Mountaineer Week tradition that recognizes students’ academic standing and extracurricular involvement.

Ann Nalley (Cameron University) was honored through the Cameron University Foundation’s establishment of an endowed lectureship in her name. The endowment recognizes Nalley’s significant contributions to the field of chemistry and her impact on students and faculty at Cameron University.

Durga Chavali (Oklahoma State University) received the Breakthrough Innovation Award and the Distinguished Research Excellence Award from the Engineering Data Analytics and Management Conference and was named a Distinguished Fellow of the Soft Computing Research Society. The Breakthrough Innovation and Distinguished Research Excellence awards recognize recipients who demonstrate impactful research, innovation, and significant contributions in engineering, data analytics, or management. The Distinguished Fellow honor is awarded to those with sustained contributions in soft computing, including research, innovation, leadership, and service to the professional community.

Grace Olagunju (New Mexico State University) received the New Face of Tech Scholarship. The New Face of Tech Scholarship supports women in STEAM-related fields by providing funding to eligible applicants enrolled in a U.S. college.

Mark Rogers (Oklahoma State University) received the 2025 Cherokee Phoenix Seven Feathers Service Award. The Cherokee Phoenix’s Seven Feathers Awards recognize Cherokee Nation citizens for outstanding contributions in seven areas: business, community, education, health, language, culture, and service.
