As we prepare the autumn 2025 edition of the Phi Kappa Phi Forum, we're asking members to contribute their ideas to the theme. We enjoy reading your responses and will be choosing a sample to share in the magazine.

Forum’s autumn 2025 issue will explore odysseys by train, and we want to hear from you about your most memorable train trip. What’s the most unforgettable journey you’ve taken by rail?

Danny Heitman, Forum editor, recalls a standout 2019 Eurostar trip from London to Paris. He knew they’d reached France when he spotted a simple sign touting “vin,” or “wine,” from his passenger window. What’s your fondest train memory? Chime in, and let’s start a conversation.
