David Silva

David Silva was initiated at the Salem State University chapter in 1991 and is currently provost and academic vice president at Salem State. He is a linguist whose work has been funded by the Fulbright Program, the Korea Foundation, and the Academy of Korean Studies. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Cornell University. Silva is a member of the 2018-2020 Phi Kappa Phi Board of Directors.
