With each edition of the Society's Forum magazine, "Forum 15" highlights elements of popular culture related to the theme. Our goal is to affirm that the ideas we discuss in Forum have a vivid presence in our daily lives – in the books we read, the shows we watch, the songs we sing, the movies we see, and the buildings we admire.

Forum’s summer 2025 issue will explore the excitement of road trips, and the content will include “Forum 15,” our regular feature that lists neat works of culture related to our theme.

Do you know of a memorable movie, piece of music, or work of art that celebrates road trips? For Forum Editior, Danny Hietman, the film Thelma and Louise and the pop song Holiday Road by Lindsey Buckingham comes to mind. What creative works do you think of in connection with road trips? Share your thoughts, and let’s all learn from each other.
