How did you become involved as a Phi Kappa Phi volunteer? I was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi while pursuing my MBA at Fordham University in 2011. A short time later, I was notified of an opening on the Investment Committee and was honored when the invitation to join was extended to me.

What has Phi Kappa Phi done that has made you proud? I am proud and excited to be associated with students and colleagues who have demonstrated consistent academic excellence as well as achieved professional success. I believe that their accomplishments often serve as motivation to younger generations to strive for similar success.

What does Phi Kappa Phi mean to you? Phi Kappa Phi allows for students who have worked hard and achieved high standards to be recognized while illustrating the benefits of such success to all students. Many of my classmates at Fordham often spoke in detail about their desire to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi.

What do you enjoy most about being a committee member? Working with the other Investment Committee members has been a pleasure. I have enjoyed learning their respective backgrounds as well as working with them constructively on Phi Kappa Phi's investments. As a financial advisor, this experience allows me to use my professional expertise to assist an outstanding society.

What advice would you give to a new Phi Kappa Phi volunteer? Enjoy the experience, and reach out to your fellow board members without hesitation. They are all happy to help and provide fantastic advice!

What are your hobbies? My fiancé and I love taking our dog to Central Park on the weekends. Additionally, I enjoy playing tennis and watching various sports.

Where are you from? New York, New York
