Call for Nominations – We’re Looking for Leaders!
The Nominating Committee (Dr. Dan Sandweiss, chair) is seeking qualified Phi Kappa Phi members to serve on the national Board of Directors or as Divisional Vice Presidents during the 2024-2026 biennium.
Phi Kappa Phi volunteers are made up of lifelong learners, passionate leaders, and accomplished professionals who represent the diversity of Society membership. Phi Kappa Phi’s Board of Directors is committed to supporting a diversity of professional experiences, expertise, identities, and perspectives.
Now is your chance to get involved at the national level and help shape the future of Phi Kappa Phi.
A primary focus for the 2024-2026 Board of Directors will be to work with executive leadership to develop and implement a new strategic and fundraising plan for the Society based on its new mission statement, vision statement, and strategic framework.
Positions to be elected immediately following the biennial convention in August 2024 include:
- President-elect
- Directors (5 positions)
- Student Representatives (2 positions), one undergraduate and one graduate student
- Chapter Development Committee
- Vice President for Chapter Development
- Divisional Vice Presidents (5 positions)
Members must be active (dues-current) to be eligible to serve. Nominations for elected positions will be accepted through February 1, 2024.

Feb. - April 2024: Nominating Committee discussions with candidates
Spring Board Meeting: Nominating Committee presents slate of candidates for approval
Aug. 1-2: Phi Kappa Phi Virtual Convention
Aug. 2024: Online election for Board of Directors and Divisional Vice Presidents
