Tonisha Melvin

Tonisha Melvin was initiated at Mercer University in 2017. She is a nurse practitioner at the Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medial Center in August, Georgia, and an environmental health registry specialists and specialty examiner for compensation and disability claims. She was named an African American Leader in Health by Becker's Hospital Review in 2019 and is the author of The Charge Nurse Leader Program Builder: A Competency-Based Approach for Developing Frontline Leaders.
