Help Shape the Future of Phi Kappa Phi

Phi Kappa Phi invites dedicated and accomplished members to serve in national leadership roles that will help guide the Society into its next chapter.

As the Society continues to evolve, we are implementing thoughtful governance enhancements to strengthen board capacity, expand member engagement, and ensure long-term success. These changes reflect extensive member feedback and a commitment to excellence, transparency, and stewardship.

Looking Ahead: Future Board Leadership Opportunities

Beginning in 2027, additional Board leadership positions will reopen as staggered terms are fully implemented. Phi Kappa Phi encourages members interested in future service to submit an Expression of Interest to help build a strong leadership pipeline.

Future Board Leadership Roles Include

  • President-Elect
  • Directors
  • Undergraduate Student Representative
  • Graduate Student Representative

The President-Elect is elected every two years. Beginning in 2027, approximately one-third of Director positions will be elected each year. Student Representatives are elected annually.

Why Serve?

Board service offers the opportunity to:

  • Shape the long-term strategic direction of Phi Kappa Phi
  • Strengthen governance aligned with nonprofit best practices
  • Support chapters and enhance member engagement nationwide
  • Contribute professional expertise to a mission-driven organization

Who Is Eligible?

How the Process Works
