Section 1
Chapters will meet all of the following criteria annually.
- Hold at least one virtual or in-person initiation ceremony between July 1 and June 30. Note that participating only in the national virtual ceremony will not satisfy this requirement.
- Invite individuals from each category relevant to your academic institution: undergraduate juniors, undergraduate seniors, graduate or professional students, and faculty/staff.
- Submit required annual reports on time, including Chapter Annual Report, Finance Report, and 990-N.
- Submit chapter-endorsed Fellowship nominee.
Section 2
Chapters will meet at least 6 of the following criteria annually.
- Have an up-to-date chapter website.
- Have an active chapter social media presence.
- Campus President, Provost, and/or Dean(s) attend the chapter initiation ceremony.
- Have a chapter yield rate above the national average in the previous FY.
- Plan and complete a fall service project.
- Hold a Phi Kappa Phi Week activity.
- Have chapter members apply for awards and grants beyond the Fellowship.
- Nominate a chapter member for national office during election years.
- Briefly describe chapter financial support or fundraising initiatives.
- Provide a letter of support for the chapter from your institution’s President or Provost.
- Have at least one Student Vice President as a chapter officer.
