The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi's international community is a unique blend of students, academicians, and corporate and civic leaders from all fields of endeavor. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi recognizes and rewards academic success. That recognition doesn’t end after initiation. From their time in school to their professional career, Society members’ hard work continues to pay off and be acknowledged.

Phi Kappa Phi would like to congratulate these members on their recent achievements:

Ricardo Amaral (Pennsylvania State University) was included in the 2023-2025 cohort of IPCC scholars in the seventh round of awards. The IPCC Scholarship Program provides scholarships for Ph.D. students from developing countries for research that advances the understanding of the scientific basis of risks of climate change, its potential impacts and options for adaptation and mitigation.

Marc Whitt (Eastern Kentucky University) announced the recipient of the 2024 Platinum Award by The Public Relations Society of America East Central District (PRSA ECD). The annual Platinum Award recognizes a public relations practitioner who has achieved a distinguished service record and is clearly identified as a role model for other professionals through chapter, district, and national service.
