In Forum’s latest fall edition, Julia Benedith discusses a few things she did to find fellowship in a new city after she moved to Washington, D.C. If you haven’t read Julia’s essay, “My Life in Fellowship,” you can find it here. Have you ever moved to a new city, and if so, where did you find sources of fellowship?
When Forum editor Danny Heitman moved to Baton Rouge, LA. many years ago, a natural place for him to start building fellowship was the local library, where he found all sorts of programs that connected him with other people who shared his interests.
We would love to hear about your experiences. Share it with us and tell us how you made connections after moving to a new place.
