The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi's international community is a unique blend of students, academicians, and corporate and civic leaders from all fields of endeavor. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi recognizes and rewards academic success. That recognition doesn’t end after initiation. From their time in school to their professional career, Society members’ hard work continues to pay off and be acknowledged.

Phi Kappa Phi would like to congratulate these members on their recent achievements:

Amanda Cruz (Texas A&M University) received the Phi Kappa Phi Gathright Outstanding Junior Award. The award recognizes the top junior in each of the academic colleges at Texas A&M. Cruz is currently studying at the Texas A&M Qatar campus.

Christopher Barron, Clayton Elbel, and Kade McAdams (Texas A&M University) received the 2024 Outstanding Senior Award from the A&M Phi Kappa Phi chapter for their remarkable tenure at the university.

Hannah Laney (University of Kentucky College of Arts and Sciences) was awarded CURE Fellowship award. The CURE Fellowship program provides opportunities to develop knowledge and skills through research within eight of UK's Research Priority Areas: cancer, cardiovascular health, diabetes and obesity, energy, equity, materials science, neuroscience and substance use disorder.

Kevin Vought (State University of New York at Oswego) was presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Zoe Winston (United States Military Academy) has been selected as West Point’s first Astronaut Scholar. Astronaut Scholar Foundation seeks to inspire Astronaut Scholars to embody the highly respected astronaut characteristics, such as intelligence, ambition, self-motivation, high ethical standards, persistence, tenacity, adaptability, and a passion for science, exploration, and innovation.
