Applications are now open for two award programs designed to support members as they pursue meaningful research and scholarly work: Graduate Research Grants and Dissertation Fellowships.

This year, we’re expanding the Graduate Research Grant program to support 50 Phi Kappa Phi members, an increase in funding for the program.

Each recipient will receive up to $1,500 to support research as part of a graduate program. Whether your work is helping you explore a new question, advance your field or prepare for the next step in your career, this funding can help turn your research plans into progress.

The Graduate Research Grant program launched as a pilot in 2018 and continues to provide Phi Kappa Phi members with an opportunity to invest in their scholarly and professional growth.

For members in the dissertation-writing stage of their doctoral studies, Phi Kappa Phi offers 12 Dissertation Fellowships of $10,000 each.

Writing a dissertation takes time, focus and resources. A fellowship can provide meaningful support as you dedicate yourself to completing this important milestone in your academic career.
