April 7, 2021

Due to COVID-19, the officers of the Florida Institute of Technology chapter of Phi Kappa Phi have elected to hold a virtual initiation ceremony. A link to join this virtual celebration will be provided at a later date. Initiation pins and certificates will be mailed directly to the mailing addresses provided by each initiate.

NOTE: We, the chapter executive board, wanted to make you aware of a misunderstanding between us the Phi Kappa Phi national office regarding the $7 shipping fee. In your invitation, we stated that "our chapter would cover the $7 shipping fee, thereby reducing your total payment to $78". The total payment is actually $85.

We reduced our chapter initiation fee from $20 to $13 to accommodate for the $7 shipping fee. In other words, the payment would have been $92 (based on last year’s chapter initiation fee) and the current $85 payment you see on the invitation acceptance webpage is correct.

We, as the chapter executive board, understood the impact of the new shipping fee differently and apologize for the confusion! Please let us know if you have any questions.
