You must be registered by this deadline with your intent to attend, if you choose to do so, and to guarantee that your certificate will be at the ceremony.
If you register after March 21, your certificate and pin will be shipped to you for an additional fee of $7.00. If you would like to attend the ceremony after the RSVP date, please notify your chapter contact: Dr. Minh Nguyen at email@example.com.
