2019 Dates to Remember

October 27

You must be registered by this deadline to guarantee that your certificate will be at the ceremony. The access code will expire and online registration will close at 11:59 p.m. CST on October 27.

If you need to be initiated in absentia, please notify Dorothy Singleton by October 2, stating the reason you cannot attend the ceremony. The Executive Committee will determine if your request can be approved. 

November 11

Initiation Ceremony and Reception
Norman C. Nelson Student Union 
Check in: 11:30 a.m.
Begins: 12:00 p.m.

*The dress code is business casual, but it is not necessary to change clothes if you      currently wear scrubs.
*Parents and visitors are offered on campus parking in lot 21.

If you are initiated in absentia:
Your certificate, pin and new member packet may be picked up in Room U150.
