Fellowship and Study Abroad Winners Announced

Fellowships

Each year, Phi Kappa Phi awards 51 Fellowships of $5,000 to members entering their first year of graduate or professional study. In addition, the Society awards six Marcus L. Urann Fellowships, named for the founder of Phi Kappa Phi, at $15,000. Since its creation in 1932, the Fellowship Program has become one of the Society's most visible and financially well-supported endeavors, allocating more than $13.5 million to members.

Study Abroad Grants

In addition to the Fellowships, Phi Kappa Phi recently awarded 50 Study Abroad Grants of $1,000 each. The grants are designed to support undergraduates, both members and nonmembers, as they seek expanded knowledge and experience in their academic fields. Since the program's inception in 2001, the Society has awarded more than $600,000 in Study Abroad Grants.
