DEADLINES
April 4 Deadline to attend initiation and add guests
April 26 Initiation Ceremony
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: Juniper Hills Country Club, 6600 Bannock Highway
Check in: 5:30 pm

If you do not attend the ceremony:
 After the ceremony date, the chapter will mail your certificate and pin.
