DEADLINES
April 4 Deadline to guarantee your certificate at ceremony and be included in printed program.
April 18 Initiation Ceremony
Time: 6:30 pm
Location: Hames Room, ASU Convocation Ctr.
Check in: 6:00 pm

If you do not attend the ceremony:
 After the ceremony date, please pickup your certificate and pin  in  ASU, Coll of Nursing Room 507

 You are limited to 2 guests.  No refunds will be issued for exceeding the limit.
