Dr. William J. McKinney, Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, is also a Professor of Philosophy. He earned a B.A. and B.S. from Bucknell University, an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington.

As the Vice President for Fellowships & Awards, McKinney will provide leadership to the Society’s various award programs: the Fellowship, Phi Kappa Phi Scholar & Artist, Study Abroad Grants, Literacy Grants, and Love of Learning. In addition, he will chair the Fellowship and Awards Council and serve as a member of the Finance and Budget Committee and the Programs and Awards Review Committee.
