Dr. Robert B. Rogow is a professor of accounting and Dean of the College of Business and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. He received his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Arkansas and his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Florida Atlantic University.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida and has substantial consulting experience in both the private and public sectors with C.P.A. firms and state agencies for governmental and non-profit accounting, reporting, and auditing issues.

Rogow has authored and co-authored numerous articles that have appeared in professional and business journals including the Journal of Accountancy and the Harvard Business Review. He is an active member of several community and professional organizations and received the Community Service Award by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce in 2003.
