Phi Kappa Phi Scholar & Artist Committee

Charge – Shall consist of one (1) representative from each region appointed by the President not later than one (1) year prior to the General Convention. The committee shall select the finalist and subsequent winners of the National Scholar and National Artist Award.
Meetings –This is a one (1) year appointment with the highest concentration of service/volunteer time in February-April 2012. Travel is required.
