Nominating Committee
Charge – To provide a slate of officers for both national as well as regional offices.
Meetings – Meets via teleconference at the beginning of the second year of the governance cycle. In the past, the committee has had 3-4 teleconferences. It submits its recommendations to the Board of Directors of Directors.
