Investment Committee

The Committee shall provide recommendations to the Board and to the Trustees of the Phi

Charge – To provide recommendations to the Board of Directors and to the Trustees of the Phi Kappa Phi Foundation for the investment of the Society funds in such a manner as to yield the best return compatible with established levels of safety and growth.

Meetings – Meets annually, usually prior to the fall Board of Directors meeting. The chair of the committee and the CFO hold quarterly phone conferences with investment manager.
