Finance & Budget Committee
The Committee shall review both the annual budget and the biennial planning budget prepared by the Executive Director and submit them to the Board for approval or revision.
The Committee shall (1) recommend annually to the Board the employment of a specific auditing firm, (2) require that each audit consider the adequacy of internal control procedures, and (3) meet with the auditor as necessary.
The Committee meets prior to each Board meeting and once during the triennium with the BARC.
