Convention Planning Committee

Charge – To prepare the agenda and coordinate all arrangements associated with the biennial convention.

Meetings – Full committee meets in-person once during the biennium in the Convention host-city. Prior to each Board meeting of the biennium, committee members in attendance will meet.
