Bylaws Committee
Charge – To review and, when necessary, recommend changes to the Society’s fundamental document as well as model chapter bylaws.
Meetings – Meets in-person once per biennium. This meeting is at the beginning of the second year of the governance cycle. Any recommendations for changes are submitted to the Board of Directors for its review.
