In January, Phi Kappa Phi implemented a new program known as Merit by readMedia. The program uses an online platform that allows us to create and publish personalized stories about members’ achievements such as being initiated into the Society, receiving a Phi Kappa Phi award, becoming a chapter officer and more.

Once granted an achievement, members can customize their online Merit profile with a photo, activities, work experience, awards, and affiliations. Merit also makes it easy to share these achievements with family and friends on social media.

Since implementation of the program, Phi Kappa Phi has had an overwhelmingly positive response by members who have already received badges for their achievements.

If you haven’t received a Phi Kappa Phi initiate badge yet (those initiated prior to March 2013), we want to help you get started. To request a badge and begin creating your Merit profile, email hbreaux@phikappaphi.org with your name and member ID number.
