The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi

In a contest sponsored by Phi Kappa Phi corporate partners Avis and Budget, Society members who used their special discount number when renting vehicles between June 1 and August 31, 2009, were entered into a summer sweepstakes drawing to win a free 7-day rental anywhere in the United States. We are happy to announce that our winner is Bill Lascelle from Rockville, MD.

Lascelle is an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) with MILLENIUM Financial Services, LLP, a multi-faceted financial planning firm specializing in tax planning and preparation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in government from the University of Maryland, University College, where he was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi in 1989.
