DEADLINES
May 5 Deadline to guarantee your certificate at ceremony and be included in printed program.
May 14 Initiation Ceremony
Time: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Location: Lakeview Terrace Rm A, B, C, University Student Union
Check in: 4:30 pm

If you do not attend the ceremony:
 After the ceremony date, please pickup your certificate and pin in 331 Santa Susanna Hall on Wed 5/18 11 am to 3 pm or Thurs. 5/19 2 pm to 6 pm or call 818.677.2009 to make arrangements

 You are limited to 4 guests. No refunds will be issued for exceeding the limit.
