Yaw A. Asamoah, Ph.D.
Vice President, Northeast Region
Dr. Yaw A. Asamoah is Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned a B.A. of Economics from BrandeisUniversity in Waltham, Massachusetts, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi in 1995 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has since played an active leadership role in the chapter, including serving a term as chapter president from 2000-2002. As Vice President of the Northeast Region, Dr. Asamoah will serve as a member of the Chapter Relations Committee and will work with chapter officers to help strengthen chapters in the northeast region.
