Dr. Dewain L. Lee is dean of students and associate vice chancellor for student development at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration at both four year institutions and community colleges.

Lee currently serves as regional vice president on the Society’s board and western regional vice president on the Chapter Relations Committee. She was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi in 2010 at the University of Alaska Anchorage and in addition to her national roles, currently serves as secretary of the chapter.

“Through this office my goal is to help members develop a deepened self-awareness, build relationships with each other, create career and mentoring relationships, and create a lasting impact on their campus and community in which they live,” said Lee.

Lee holds a bachelor’s in communications from the University of New Orleans, a master’s in counseling from Xavier University and a Ph.D. in organization management from Capella University.
